RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The following policy applies to any item bought through our website, such as our lanterns. This policy does not apply to our garden houses.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your purchase arrives damaged, we do offer returns and/or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Returns


We offer full refunds, less the cost of shipping, on all orders returned within 15 days of delivery and in the same condition as it was delivered. 

Exchanges


In rare cases, your purchase may be damaged in transit. We offer the exchange of damaged items for new ones if you return the damaged product and inform us of the damage within 15 days of delivery. We will exchange your damaged items at no additional cost other than that of shipping.

Processing a Return or Exchange


To process a return or exchange, please contact info@hillbrookcollections.com with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. For exchanges on damaged items, please include the following images in your email: the damaged box, the original shipping label, and the damaged product.
